About Us Kumon R.S. Puram is part of the globally recognized Kumon Math and Reading Program, dedicated to helping students build strong academic foundations and develop self-learning abilities.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and patient part-time Center Assistant to support day-to-day center operations, guide students through their worksheets, and help maintain a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during study sessions and provide guidance as needed
- Grade completed worksheets accurately and promptly
- Assist in maintaining student records and progress tracking
- Support front-desk tasks such as scheduling and parent communication




- Help organize study materials and maintain a tidy, welcoming center

Requirements:
- Strong command of Math and/or English fundamentals
- Positive communication skills and patience with children
- Prior experience with tutoring or childcare is a plus, but not mandatory
- Punctual, responsible, and comfortable working with kids aged 3-18 Working

Minimum qualification:
- 12th grade / Bachelor's degree (any stream)

Hours Part-time:
- evenings (3 pm -7 pm)
- 3.30 pm - 7.30 pm
- 4.00 pm -8.00 pm

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
