Nettechnocrats is a leading Digital Marketing Agency delivering performance-driven solutions to global clients. We are looking for an experienced PPC Executive who can independently manage and scale paid campaigns while driving strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads:
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle - from strategy to execution and optimization
- Drive ROI & ROAS improvement through data-driven decisions
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, Pixels, Events):
- Perform advanced audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis:
- Monitor KPIs and generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights:
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
- Identify scaling opportunities and optimize budget allocation
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices

Requirements:




- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PPC/Performance Marketing
- Solid expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads:
- Proven experience in handling high-budget campaigns and delivering ROI:
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and conversion tracking:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO):
- Experience working with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
