The Team: Application Support is a global powerhouse providing technical support across the full suite of OSTTRA products. You will join a high-performance team that works closely with Client Services, Product, and Engineering to keep our platforms running and our global clients satisfied.

As an Associate Engineer, you are the first line of defense, ensuring the efficient settlement of trades and the stability of global financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- L1/L2 Technical Support: Provide initial technical support for internal and external customers across our post-trade confirmation platforms.
- Incident Triage: Use investigative techniques to identify, log, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Cooperative Escalation: Liaise with senior team members and infrastructure groups to escalate complex "3rd line" issues, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to understand issues and provide clear technical resolutions in English.
- Continuous Learning: Rapidly acquire knowledge of the Trade Lifecycle, Financial Products (FX/Derivatives), and our internal technical architecture.
