We are looking to hire an AI Developer with experience in AI tools, Prompt Engineering, OpenAI APIs, Automation Workflows, Node.js, and Vibe Coder knowledge to join our team.

Experience: 2 - 3 Years (Relevant Experience Only)
Work Mode: WFO Only
Location: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh
Priority: Immediate / Maximum 15 Days Notice Period Acceptable
Budget: ₹15,000 Monthly (Professional Tax and Insurance Deduction Exclusive)
Interview Rounds: 3 (HR, Technical, and Practical)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday - Friday) (1st & 3rd Saturday will be a Holiday) | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Leave Policy: 6 Paid Leaves *Terms Applied
Notice Period: 4 Month (mandatory) - If Bypassed, No Relieving/Experience Letter Allotted

Motive:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams or clients to understand AI project requirements and business workflows.
- Work on Prompt Engineering and optimize AI-generated outputs.
- Build chatbot, smart assistant, and AI automation modules.
- Work with Vibe Coding platforms/tools to generate, optimize,



and manage AI-assisted development workflows.
- Utilize AI coding assistants for faster development, debugging, and code optimization.
- Create scalable backend integrations using Node.js and RESTful APIs.
- Test, debug, and improve AI workflows for better performance and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, Vibe Coding trends, and development practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
- Robust understanding of AI tools, APIs, and automation workflows.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI model integrations.
- Knowledge of Node.js, REST APIs, and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Vibe Coder or AI-assisted coding platforms/tools.
- Understanding of AI-generated code optimization and workflow automation.
- Experience with Git or version control systems.
