Responsibilities:
Individual contributor and is highly proficient in the HRBP responsibilities, to include: Client Consulting, Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Retention, Performance Management and Employee Relations depending on geographic location and workforce demographics
- Ensure global talent strategies comply with regional/local laws and practices
- Partner with HR centers of expertise to implement people programs in the region




- Connect regional leaders with HR centers of expertise and partner with global HRBPs to enhance employee experience and achieve business strategy
- Advise leadership, management and global HRBPs on people related matters in the region
- Design and deliver creative HR solutions that assist business and department leadership in sustaining a positive working environment that fosters employee engagement
- Demonstrate solid internal communication by providing insight and counseling around employee/management communications and issues.
- Understand the internal needs of the organization and maintain sensitivity to cultural and geographic diversities; Align internal communications with business goals; Measure progress through strategic use of surveys and feedback mechanisms.
