Responsibilities with OEM’s:
Technical Analysis: Collaborate closely with the OEM’s to understand the performance expectations and usage of new equipment under development.
Technical Sales: Collaborate with design / development teams, project teams and sourcing teams to make technical recommendations and possible solutions to their needs.
Prototype Integration: Review and assist the OEM’s with installation process and guidelines wherever necessary. Support them with improvements or corrections during the design phase and early / prototyping stages of the projects.
Verification & Validations: Organize and attend performance tests, provide feedback to customers, and monitor data to create test installation reports.
Technical Documentation:



Prepare test installation reports and ensure that all VP requirements are made clear to the OEM. Ensure the deviations are recorded and highlighted to the OEM’s in the form of Product Application Agreement for future use within the organization
Field Audits: Validate the performance of VE engines in actual field conditions to analyse and record that the behaviour of the engines is inline or deviating from the intended design and performance criteria.

Business support: Assist the team with technical queries and propose suitable solutions to navigate technical roadblocks.
- Service market: Assist the team with technical queries and support them with learnings / observations from OEM’s factory / field testing.
- Training: Support OEM’s / dealers / customers with relevant trainings / product knowledge with help of internal training team.
