Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily team operations.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
- Motivate team members to achieve targets and deadlines.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Handle escalations and resolve team-related issues.
- Prepare reports and share progress updates with management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any streame
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in team handling or roles.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
