Full job description
- Production Manager - Refractories role in manufacturing plant
- Responsible for overall production planning and execution
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved
- Handle refractory products like CCR, and Monolithics
- Supervise raw material, mixing, casting, and drying processes
- Maintain product quality as per standards
- Ensure safety rules are followed in the plant
- Manage and guide the production team effectively
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments
- Monitor machine efficiency and reduce downtime
- Control production costs and minimize wastage
- Maintain daily production reports and records
- Identify and solve production issues quickly
- Must have 5-10 years of refractory industry experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills require.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
