Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients for real estate/commercial offerings
- Explain property details, investment opportunities, and benefits
- Generate leads and schedule site visits or follow-ups
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Handle queries and provide accurate information to clients
- Maintain call records and follow-up data

Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in telecalling (real estate/commercial sales is a plus)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Confident, presentable, and target-driven attitude
- Ability to handle client objections and close leads

Preferred Profile:
- Experience in real estate, property sales, or commercial investment calling
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
