Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to the prescribed recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, hygiene, and presentation of food
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the kitchen and kitchen equipment
- Monitor raw materials, groceries, and kitchen inventory on a daily basis
- Handle stock ordering and minimize wastage while maintaining budget discipline
- Ensure food is served fresh, hygienic, and on time
- Follow professional kitchen practices, including punctuality, cleanliness, and proper conduct
- Maintain a safe and organized working setting

Eligibility Criteria




- Prior experience in cooking or kitchen handling preferred/ If not experienced training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of kitchen inventory and stock management
- Hardworking, disciplined, and capable of maintaining kitchen hygiene standards
- Freshers with willingness to learn may also apply
