Job Summary:
The Salon Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the salon branch, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, excellent customer service, staff management, sales growth, and maintaining brand standards. The role involves managing team performance, branch profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory, hygiene, and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:1. Branch Operations Management
- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth branch functioning.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed properly.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of salon premises and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and safety standards.
- Handle branch administration and operational reporting.

2. Team Management
- Supervise beauticians, therapists, reception staff, housekeeping, and other branch employees.




- Prepare staff duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Conduct daily staff briefings and performance reviews.
- Train, motivate, and guide team members to improve productivity and service quality.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance issues.

3. Customer Service & Client Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
- Build customer relationships and improve repeat business.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions.

4. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve branch sales targets and service revenue goals.
- Drive retail product sales and service package promotions.
- Monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies.
