Scope:
- Blue Yonder Defense Solutions (BYDS) is seeking a Software Engineer with deep expertise in Defense Logistics Management Specifications (DLMS) or enterprise-grade Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems to lead the design and modernization of mission-critical logistics integration platforms.
- This role will be responsible for architecting scalable, resilient solutions that support complex document exchange, transformation, and orchestration workflows across internal and external partners, including government and defense systems.Our current technical environment:
- Software:Java 8, Oracle Sql, any Sql Database, Basic understanding of OOPs, Design patterns, Basic Front end understanding, basic understanding of Data Structures, javascript/react js, Node js, python, EDI standards like ANSI X12 or EDIFAC.
- Application Architecture:Service Networking Overlay, aiming for a single, cloud-agnostic architecture that simplifies policy management across public/private clouds via components like service meshes, API gateways, and centralized control planes,

allowing consistent security and traffic flow (like a modern microservices approach), differing from simple client-server models by abstracting network complexity.
- Cloud Architecture: Cloud-Agnostic: Runs consistently across different cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise.
- Frameworks/Others: Positive to know Hibernate and Spring framework.
