About the Internship

We are looking for energetic, confident, and ambitious interns who are interested in sales, marketing, business development, and startup growth.

This is a practical field-based internship where interns will directly interact with business owners, understand real market dynamics, and help expand the RTW business network.

This is not a desk-only internship.



You will gain real-world experience in communication, sales pitching, networking, and business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Outreach
- Visit cafes, restaurants, salons, gyms, clinics, and local businesses
- Interact with business owners and decision-makers
- Introduce and explain RTW membership and partnership opportunities

Sales & Marketing
- Support onboarding of businesses onto the RTW platform
- Assist in pitching branding and visibility solutions
- Help generate leads and referrals through field networking

Market Research
- Identify potential business opportunities in assigned areas
- Gather market insights and competitor information
- Understand customer requirements and business challenges

Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily activity reports
- Coordinate with the RTW leadership team
- Track meetings, leads, and conversions
