Job description
We are hiring an experienced Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day (denials & AR follow-up)
- Ensure 100% accuracy, TAT compliance, and claim submission
- Lead, mentor & motivate billing associates
- Analyze denial trends and support AR resolution
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Ensure process compliance & quality standards (HIPAA)
Required Skills:
- 6 - 11 years of experience in RCM
- Minimum 1 year in a Team Lead role
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 & US insurance rules
- Positive communication & team-handling skills
- Experience in multi-speciality billing is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications -
Good analytical & quality audit skills
Location - Hyderabad
Night shift
