We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Support Associates for an International Voice Process supporting.

This role is ideal for candidates with excellent English communication skills and a good understanding of computers and technical troubleshooting. The selected candidates will interact with international customers and provide support for technical issues related to HP products.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls for international technical support.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for laptops, desktops, printers, hardware, and software-related issues.
- Understand customer concerns and identify the appropriate solution.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps in a professional and customer-friendly manner.




- Provide first-level technical support and resolve issues within defined timelines.
- Diagnose basic operating system, application, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to higher-level support teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet individual and process performance targets.
