JD:
- 3+years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role, with knowledge or exposure to Semiconductor, Automotive, Embedded and Engineering domain would be plus .
- Exp in hiring bulk hiring and Contract hiring.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with CV databases, and skilled networks
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Naukri, monster to proactively source candidates
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
