- Assist in preparing and filing corporate governance and regulatory documents with regulatory bodies like SEBI, BSE, NSE, etc.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and other legal documents as per the Companies Act, 2013.
- Draft and review legal documents including minutes of meetings, resolutions, notices, and agendas.
- Support in ensuring timely compliance with various corporate laws, including SEBI regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of reports for the Board of Directors and shareholder meetings.
- Coordinate with external agencies, including legal consultants, auditors, and government bodies.
- Conduct research on corporate laws and regulations relevant to the broking industry.
- Support in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other corporate documents.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the stock exchange regulations and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Provide administrative support for the company's compliance activities.

Skills and Qualifications:





- Currently pursuing or completed Company Secretary (CS) course from ICSI.
- Basic knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and stock exchange compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Robust communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a keen interest in learning about the financial and broking sectors.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
