Data Ingestion Dev - LO / Lights-On Support Role OverviewFull-stack engineer supporting AWS-based data ingestion platform, focused on production stability, incident handling, and automation.

Responsibilities

- Own L1/L2 production support for APIs, services, and data pipelines
- Monitor logs and dashboards (CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog) and respond to alerts
- Troubleshoot across frontend, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement bug fixes, patches, and configuration changes following release processes
- Build automation (runbooks, scripts) to reduce manual effort
- Support deployments, patching, and release validation
- Maintain incident reports, postmortems, and knowledge base
- Improve observability and system reliability (metrics, logging, alerts)

Required Skills

- 4+ years experience in full-stack/backend development with production support




- Proficiency in Python / Java / .NET
- Solid AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, IAM, etc.)
- Strong debugging using logs, APM tools, and tracing frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)

Preferred Skills

- AWS Certifications
- Experience with Kubernetes / EKS
- Exposure to Kafka, SQS, Redshift or data streaming platforms
