As a Marketing Technology Automation Specialist at FARO CREAFORM, you will play a key role in optimizing our marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, streamlining lead management processes, and supporting reporting and analytics across Salesforce and Pardot.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and optimize Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) platforms
- Manage lead scoring, lead routing, and lifecycle automation processes
- Monitor and resolve synchronization issues between Salesforce and Pardot
- Ensure data quality, governance, field mapping, and platform compliance
- Support audience segmentation, campaign management, reporting, and attribution initiatives




- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Power BI teams to improve reporting and analytics capabilities
- Recommend and implement automation enhancements and platform improvements

What will help you succeed at FARO CREAFORM

- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, MarTech, or CRM Administration
- Strong expertise with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
- Experience with CRM integrations, data management, and process automation
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware solutions, and system integrations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a energetic environment
- Fluent in English
