Lecturer (NM) Research Coordinator for the Principals Office (Centre for Public Health)
Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification in public health, a health science or related discipline (PhD in a public health related field preferred)
- At least 3 years experience in research coordination, proposal support or a comparable academic-administrative role
- Solid academic writing, communication and organisational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Working familiarity with research ethics and institutional approval processes
- Experience supporting interdisciplinary or multi-institutional collaborations
Responsibilities
- Support adjunct faculty in developing concept notes and grant proposals, and facilitate timely institutional submission.
- Coordinate seed grant calls and communicate extramural research opportunities
- Track project milestones, deliverables and reporting deadlines; coordinate investigators and partner institutions
- Organise training programmes, faculty interactions sessions and communications and website
- Liaise with the Grants Coordinator on budgets; organise faculty interaction sessions.
