Remarks (any other requirements):
- He must have aluminium parts machining knowledge and worked in NPD
- Through Knowledge on GD&T-; Complete knowledge in machining of aluminium parts through turning, VMC & HMC machines.- Process selection and cycle time estimation through defined cutting parameter- Knowledge on special form tools (Carbide & PCD) & selection of tools.- Fixture concept & design knowledge- CAM programming knowledge
- Requirements:
- Diploma or BE worked in Machine shop and having knowledge of setting & proving of parts
