- Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the complete product development lifecycle from idea to deployment and commercialization.
- Take ownership of the overall IT function, technical execution, and product strategy.
- Build and integrate AI-driven features, automation systems, and third-party APIs.
- Architect and implement secure,



scalable, and high-performance systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to deliver technology solutions.
- Work primarily with MERN Stack technologies including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Ensure platform performance, data security, API reliability, and system optimization.
- Keep track of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, development tools, and scalable architectures.
- Drive independent decision-making, ownership, and execution of technology initiatives.
- Requirements

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT and Product Development.
- Proven experience in building and launching commercial web-based products.
- Hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer or MERN Stack Developer.
- Solid knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience in designing, developing, and integrating
