About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team. The role involves coordinating purchase orders, managing appointment-based deliveries, ensuring smooth inbound operations, and working closely with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in PO execution and delivery coordination across multiple platforms
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal stakeholders
- Manage appointment-based deliveries for Q-commerce and e-commerce platforms
- Track dispatches, inbound scheduling, and delivery closures
- Resolve logistics, appointment, and inbound-related issues on priority
- Monitor fill rate, no-shows, ageing POs, and stock availability




- Maintain regular follow-ups with transporters and operational teams
- Prepare daily operational reports and MIS in Excel/Google Sheets
- Support smooth warehouse and supply chain operations
- Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Commerce, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
- Internship or prior exposure in logistics, FMCG, e-commerce, or operations will be preferred
