We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with restaurant operations, data, systems, and process improvement to help our clients maintain robust cost controls and operational efficiency.

The Role

As an Executive - F&B; Controls & Reporting, you will work closely with restaurant teams to manage inventory controls,



verify operational data, and generate analytical reports that help restaurants monitor food and beverage costs.

This role combines operations, auditing, and data analysis. You will regularly interact with chefs, bartenders, restaurant managers, and our internal reporting team to ensure accurate inventory and operational reporting.

You will also work closely with Barometer’s inventory software (Baro MATS) to manage data and generate reports for clients.

What You Will Do

Conduct physical inventory audits at restaurant outlets including kitchen, bar, and store.

Record inventory data and reconcile it with system records.

Assist in maintaining and updating ingredient masters, recipe masters, and item databases within the system.

Collect and verify operational data including purchases, stock transfers, production entries, and sales consumption.

Prepare and review cost control reports such as:
