Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing & Technical Verification
- Manage and process both B2B and high-volume B2C/E-commerce orders efficiently.
- Meticulously check incoming order details and prepare comprehensive features lists and production specifications.
- Smoothly transition verified orders and feature lists to the manufacturing unit / workshop floor for production.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Pre-Press Alignment: Partner closely with the pre-press team to ensure artwork, design proofs, and layouts are accurate and approved before production begins.
- Stakeholder Management: Keep internal teams (sales, operations) and external B2B clients proactively updated on order status, timelines, and delivery schedules.

3. Job work & Vendor Management




- Coordinate seamlessly with job work vendors for outsourced processing or specialized manufacturing tasks.
- Handle end-to-end documentation, including issuing and verifying Delivery Challans.
- Conduct strict invoice verification against purchase orders, challans, and delivered goods to ensure zero billing errors.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
