Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials
- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and advertisements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs accordingly
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications
- Edit images, illustrations, and layouts using design software
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies
- Coordinate with external vendors (printers, agencies) when required
- Review final designs and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic designing
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work
- Valuable understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is an advantage
- Strong communication and time-management skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
