- *Qualifications*: CCNA/CCNP preferred, Diploma/B.Tech in IT/ECE, 2-5 yrs experience

1. *Network audit report* - document existing infra + gaps

2. *Upgrade proposal* - plan for moving to WiFi 6, firewall refresh, etc
