Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Guide customers regarding movie timings, screens, and seating.
- Handle food and beverage counter operations.
- Prepare and serve popcorn, beverages, and other snacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in lobby, auditoriums, and concession areas.
- Check tickets and assist guests during entry and exit.
- Support smooth crowd management during peak hours.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors for daily operations.
- Ensure proper stock handling and counter setup.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Teamwork and positive attitude.




- Basic understanding of cash handling and billing.

Qualification
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Graduation preferred.

Experience
- Experience in hospitality, retail, QSR, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts including night shifts.
- Standing for long hours may be required.
