About the Role

Kaares Bharat is a growing accounting and compliance firm based in South Delhi. We are looking for dedicated accounting interns who are eager to learn and build a strong foundation in practical accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

What You Will Learn

During this internship, you will receive hands-on training across the following areas:
- Business Registration & ROC Compliance — Assisting with company incorporations, annual filings, and statutory compliance under the Companies Act.
- Accounting & Financial Systems — Supporting bookkeeping, ledger entries, and working with accounting software.
- GST Returns & Compliance — Assisting in preparation and filing of GST returns, reconciliation, and compliance documentation.
- TDS Working & Filings — Learning to compute TDS, prepare challans, and assist in filing quarterly TDS returns.
- Income Tax (ITR + Basic Tax Planning)— Assisting in ITR preparation and filing,



with exposure to fundamental tax planning concepts.
- Client Communication— Supporting client interactions including data collection, follow-ups, and documentation.

Who Can Apply
- CA students at IPCC / Inter / Final level
