Role Summary

We are seeking a target-oriented Collection & Renewal Partner for a leading Fintech organization specializing in doorstep gold lending. You will manage the interest collection and loan renewal lifecycle, ensuring high portfolio quality and preventing accounts from reaching NPA or auction stages. This is a tele-calling intensive role requiring high emotional intelligence and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Collection & Renewals: Perform outbound calls to customers in pre-renewal and penal buckets to drive interest payments and loan renewals.
- Inbound Support: Resolve customer queries regarding outstanding balances, interest calculations, and EMI structures.
- Portfolio Health:



Proactively track loan aging to ensure no accounts slip into the auction bucket or turn into Non-Performing Assets (NPA).
- Professional Negotiation: Handle objections and negotiate repayment timelines professionally while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Reporting: Maintain precise daily records and logs using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the Operations and Tech teams to resolve customer disputes or technical discrepancies.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Loan Collection, Recovery, or Customer Relationship (CRE) within a Bank or NBFC.
- Language:Fluency in Marathi is mandatory (for regional customer interaction) along with Hindi and English.
- Technical: Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable with digital documentation.
