Job Description - Sales Representative (Hospitality)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
- Promote hotel services, packages, and offerings to potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Prepare sales reports and maintain client databases

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or service industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
