Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and recommend suitable jewellery based on their needs and budget
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Handle custom orders, resizing, and personalization requests
- Coordinate after-sales services (repairs, cleaning, etc.)
- Maintain store display, stock, and follow security procedures
- Provide basic knowledge of jewellery (gold, diamonds, gemstones)
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Sales-driven with target achievement experience
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Basic knowledge of jewellery and craftsmanship
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
