Key Responsibilities




- Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment for clients across India- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and clients- Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding coordination
- Required Skills
- Strong understanding of domestic IT recruitment processes- Experience using job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.- Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical terminology- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets- Good negotiation and coordination skills- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.- Robust MS Excel and reporting skills
- Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage
- Preferred Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment- Experience hiring for large IT companies, staffing firms, or consulting organizations preferred- Exposure to contract, permanent, and C2H hiring models preferred
