Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
- Open job cards and explain service/repair details to customers
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely servicing and delivery
- Update customers on service progress and handle approvals
- Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution
- Promote additional services, accessories, and AMC packages

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
