A Little About Us
- We are seeking a high-impact Associate, Data, Analytics & AI to join our team. This isn't a research role; it is a "builder" role focused on driving measurable growth. You will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and scaling AI solutions that directly impact our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy—from optimizing the sales funnel to automating complex commercial workflows.
You will leverage MLOps and Agentic Orchestration to move AI out of the sandbox and into production, creating autonomous tools that empower our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to win faster and smarter.
What your impact will be:
- Revenue-Driven Predictive Modeling: Design and deploy models that solve high-stakes GTM challenges—such as lead scoring, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value (LTV) forecasting—to directly influence revenue retention and acquisition.
- GTM Agentic Automation: Build and orchestrate autonomous agents (using LangChain, n8n, or CrewAI) to automate commercial reasoning, such as personalized outbound at scale, automated RFP processing,
and competitive intelligence gathering.
- Scalable MLOps for Growth: Utilize Amazon SageMaker or Azure ML to ensure our GTM models are production-ready, monitored, and capable of scaling alongside our global sales operations without downtime.
- Business Outcome Translation: Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to define KPIs and ensure every AI initiative has a explicit path to ROI, whether through increased conversion rates or operational efficiency.
- Innovation for Competitive Advantage: Constantly prototype and deploy the "next best action" for our sales teams, turning raw data into a strategic roadmap for market dominance.
What you will bring:
- 4+ years of experience in data science or AI, with a proven track record of solving GTM-focused problems (e.g., Sales Ops, Marketing Tech, or Revenue Ops).
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, CS, Data Science, etc.).
