*Role Overview*
You will serve as a core technical pillar, bridging heavy backend architectural logic with highly responsive frontend interfaces, ensuring our administrative and user-facing portals operate with high availability, security, and performance.
*Core Responsibilities*
*Complex CRM Development:* Lead the engineering of intricate CRM systems. Design advanced workflows, custom reporting modules, and scalable data pipelines.
*API Design & Integrations:* Engineer secure RESTful APIs and seamlessly integrate third-party services. Architect reliable payment processing pipelines utilizing standard payment gateway APIs including automated billing, subscription management, and webhook handling.
*Full-Stack Implementation:* Bridge backend logic with frontend implementation. Execute seamless UI/UX updates and build interactive dashboard components using JavaScript, jQuery, and Tailwind CSS.
*Database & Performance Optimization:* Design and optimize complex MySQL/PostgreSQL schemas.
Write highly efficient queries, implement caching strategies, and resolve performance bottlenecks in high-traffic environments.
*Security & Access Control:* Implement and maintain robust security protocols, including advanced Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data encryption, and secure authentication flows.
*Code Quality & CI/CD:* Maintain rigorous version control using Git, enforce strict code review standards, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
*Required Technical Qualifications*
*Core PHP (5-6+ Years):* Mastery of up-to-date PHP (7.4/8.x), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, and established design patterns.
