Job Summary

The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the hospital’s psychiatric and mental health services through direct field activities. The role involves building strong referral networks, increasing patient inflow, and creating awareness about mental health services in the community.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, general physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, NGOs, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
- Promote the hospital’s psychiatric, psychological, and rehabilitation services to corporates, schools, colleges, hostels, and residential communities.
- Organize and coordinate mental health awareness programs, camps, seminars, and outreach activities.
- Distribute brochures, pamphlets,



and other promotional materials in targeted areas.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential tie-ups to expand the hospital’s reach.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and feedback from stakeholders.
- Maintain daily activity reports, visit logs, and referral tracking data.
- Ensure qualified representation of the hospital brand at all times.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and follow-ups.
