Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Communications & PR
- Develop and execute integrated communication and PR strategies aligned with the Foundation’s mission, programs, and advocacy goals.
- Conceptualize and implement awareness campaigns highlighting the organization’s work in activism, advocacy, and research.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with media professionals, journalists, artists, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Prepare communication materials including press kits, briefs, presentations, and talking points for media interactions, meetings, and interviews.

2. Content Creation & Digital Media
- Create high-quality, engaging content such as newsletters,



blogs, reports, press releases, social media posts, and website updates.
- Strengthen and manage the organization’s digital presence across website and social media platforms.
- Lead multimedia content creation, including podcasts, interviews, short-form videos, and basic video editing.
- Collaborate with the social media team to plan, schedule, and promote campaigns and events effectively.

3. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate meetings, calls, field visits, and event logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and communication support.
- Prepare and share regular (daily/weekly) updates and reports on campaigns, events, and assigned deliverables.
- Work closely with internal teams and maintain effective communication with senior management.

4. Survivor Communication & Support
- Co-manage communication processes involving survivors with sensitivity and respect.
