Roles Resonsibilities:
- Student Recruitment: Perform outreach activities to prospective students, including in-person school/college visits and educational fairs.
- Counseling & Enrollment: Provide in-depth information about programs, guide applicants through the admission process, and convert prospects into enrolled students.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through BTL activities (kiosks, presentations, community outreach) and manage CRM data.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly enrollment and sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with students and parents to build trust and ensure satisfaction
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
