Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive who will be responsible for opening Demat accounts through Choice platform and promoting financial investment products including mutual funds and portfolio advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain benefits of opening a Demat account with Choice.
- Assist customers in completing Demat account opening process.
- Promote financial portfolio services and mutual fund investment options.
- Provide basic investment suggestions (as per company guidelines).
- Follow up with leads and maintain conversion ratio.
- Maintain daily call reports and sales records.
- Build long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred).
- 1-3 years experience in telesales, stock broking, or financial products.
- Solid communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of stock market, Demat accounts, and mutual funds.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, online portals).
- Experience in financial services / broking industry.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Good understanding of investment products.
