Job Overview

Electro Control Systems India Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and organized CRM Executive who will manage customer relationships, maintain CRM records, and support the sales process from lead generation to quotation management and order follow-up.

The role requires strong coordination between clients, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication, accurate records, and timely quotation handling.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer data, leads, and project information in the CRM system.
- Ensure all customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups are recorded properly.
- Track lead progress from inquiry stage to order closure.

Quotation Management
- Prepare and manage customer quotations in coordination with the sales and technical team.
- Maintain records of all quotations issued to clients.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending quotations and revisions.




- Update pricing, specifications, and documentation as required.
- Maintain a structured quotation database for future reference.

Sales Coordination
- Assign and track leads for the sales team.
- Support sales executives with documentation, proposals, and client communication.
- Maintain records of orders, proforma invoices, and customer confirmations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product or quotation information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for ongoing inquiries and orders.
- Ensure professional communication with all customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-2 years of experience in CRM, sales coordination, or quotation management.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and data management.
- Experience with CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is preferred.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
