Position: Finance & Procurement Controller

Location:Pimpri-Chinchwad (Pune)

Experience: 6-10 Years

Qualification: CA (Inter) / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Procurement Controller to drive financial discipline, manage cash flow, and strengthen procurement and cost control systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project profitability and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Cash Flow
- Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts
- Monitor receivables and manage vendor payments
- Ensure liquidity for smooth project execution

Accounts & MIS Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS (revenue, expenses, project profitability)
- Track receivables ageing and collections

Project Costing & Profitability
- Monitor project-wise costs (material, labour, logistics, site expenses)
- Identify cost overruns and implement corrective actions

Procurement & Vendor Management
- Plan procurement as per project needs
- Evaluate vendors and negotiate commercial terms
- Ensure PO alignment with budgets





Logistics & Cost Monitoring
- Track and control transport/freight costs
- Allocate logistics cost project-wise

Compliance & Audit
- Ensure GST and statutory compliance
- Handle notices and coordinate with auditors

Inventory & Stores Control
- Reconcile purchase, stores, and site consumption
- Monitor inventory and reduce material leakage

Key Requirements
- 6-10 years experience in Finance / Accounts / Commercial roles
- Industry exposure: Construction / EPC / Contracting / Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, procurement, and costing
- Advanced Excel & MIS reporting skills
