Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing & Delivery: Edit and deliver high-quality videos for client projects, ensuring creative and technical excellence.
- Content Production: Develop in-house content (reels, videos, and photos) using mobile devices or DSLR cameras for company social media pages and marketing platforms.
- Motion Graphics & Visual Design: Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual elements to enhance video content and storytelling.
- Performance-Driven Content Creation: Develop video content aligned with marketing objectives, lead generation campaigns, and paid ad performance goals.
- Creative Direction & Concept Development: Support concept creation, storyboard planning, and creative ideation for campaign-based video projects.
- Platform Optimization: Adapt video formats, pacing, and hooks for performance across Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Client & Team Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets expectations.




- Post-Production Management: Manage end-to-end post-production workflows, including color correction, sound editing, and final delivery.
- Brand Consistency & Trends: Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines while staying updated on video editing, motion graphics, and social media trends.

Requirements:
- Experience & Tools:4+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Creative & Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, and ability to create in-house and short-form social media content using mobile devices or DSLR cameras.
- Marketing & Performance Understanding: Understanding of performance marketing creatives, ad-based video structures, and basic video analytics metrics (watch time, CTR, engagement rate).
