Role Overview

We are looking for a Punching Machine Operator to operate Iron Worker machines used for punching holes in plates and structural members. ITI freshers are welcome, as training will be provided on the job.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Iron Worker / Punching Machine for plate and section work
- Ensure hole size, spacing, and alignment as per drawings
- Handle material safely during punching operations




- Perform basic machine checks and routine maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and follow safety practices on the shop floor
- Coordinate with fabrication team for smooth production flow

Requirements:
- ITI (Mechanical / Fitter / Related Trade) preferred
- Willingness to learn and work in a production environment
- Disciplined and responsible work approach

Work Schedule & Benefits
- 8-12 hour shift (adaptable):
