Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers who are eager to start their career in Sales and Marketing. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience, structured learning, and exposure to real-world business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential leads through social media, calls, and online platforms
- Support in explaining Skill Sprout programs to prospective learners
- Assist in lead nurturing and follow-ups
- Maintain basic records of leads and interactions
- Work towards achieving weekly/monthly targets

Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)




- Help create straightforward content such as posts, captions, and basic creatives
- Support digital campaigns and promotional activities
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Participate in brainstorming ideas for brand growth

Who Can Apply
- Freshers or students (any stream) looking to start a career in Sales/Marketing
- Strong interest in business development, marketing, or startups
- Positive communication skills (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly

Skills Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Excel, or Google Sheets
