Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.
- Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation, and analysis.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Well versed with GST, full working experience in GST return filling & refund process. TDS return, finalisation of balance sheet and all other compliance related to direct and indirect taxation, MIS. Banking Activities, branch data merging etc.
- Maintaining master sheets for tracking payments, deficiencies, if any.
- Liasioning with external stakeholders e.g. auditors for compliances, statutory audits etc.
- Liasioning with internal teams for vendor payables, verification of invoices, overall workflow etc.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.




- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Expense analysis, vendor payables, creation of CMS, clearances through bank.
- Approve employee expenses and pay checks.
- Reconcile vendors and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
- Work Experience: 1-2 years
- Qualification: Chartered Accountants, Semi-qualified CAs, MCom, Finance or Commerce degree
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Advanced computer skills in:
- MS Office
- Accounting software, and databases
- Excellent organizational problem-solving, project management, and o Excellent in excel and managing data
- Eagerness to learn and good communication skills
