Job Description - Production Executive (F & V Dehydration Plant)

Post - Production Executive

Responsibilities:
- Convert sales orders into daily and weekly production plans
- Coordinate with Purchase team for raw material availability
- Plan batch scheduling based on product type and drying capacity
- Supervise entire dehydration process (washing, peeling, cutting, drying, packing)
- Ensure optimal utilization of dryers and manpower
- Monitor production output, yield and wastage levels
- Control process parameters (temperature, airflow, drying time)
- Coordinate with Maintenance team to minimize downtime
- Work with Quality team to ensure product specifications are met
- Ensure on-time dispatch of finished goods (OTIF)
- Maintain production records, batch traceability and daily reports
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce losses

Competency
- Strong production planning and execution skills




- Knowledge of dehydration processes and equipment
- Ability to manage shop floor operations and teams
- Focus on yield improvement and cost control
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Good coordination and leadership skills
- Hands-on approach with machines and process control

Education

M.Tech / B.Tech / BSC / in Food Technology / Science

Experience -4-8 years of experience in F&V; dehydration

Salary -As per industry standards

Age - 27-40 years
