Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end loan processing, including customer onboarding, documentation, and disbursement.
- Verify and maintain customer and loan-related documents accurately.
- Ensure smooth execution of operational processes with mínimal errors.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan approvals and disbursements.
- Maintain proper records and MIS reports for all operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations in a timely manner.
- Monitor and improve process efficiency wherever possible.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations within a Bank or NBFC.
- Good understanding of loan processes and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com / MBA Finance preferred)
- 1-4 years of experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
