Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable footwear
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain product display and store cleanliness
- Handle billing and basic cash transactions
- Keep track of stock and inform the team about replenishment needs
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business




- Stay updated on product knowledge and new collections

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Prior retail or footwear sales experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
- Basic understanding of billing and POS systems (preferred)
