Key Responsibilities of the General Electrician:
- Ensures the smooth running of all electrical systems within the hotel,



maintaining all areas to the highest standards
- Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations, equipment, lighting, panels, and fixtures
- Responds promptly and effectively to guest and operational electrical maintenance requests
- Ensures all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory regulations
- Supports departmental plans and objectives, ensuring hotel initiatives and targets are achieved
- Collaborates with the Engineering team to control costs, manage inventory, and maintain productivity levels
- Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities for internal and external audits
- Promotes a positive team workplace and upholds the company culture and values

Requirements of the General Electrician:
- Relevant qualification/certification in Electrical trade
- Proven experience as an Electrician (hotel or commercial property experience preferred)
